Spring Training is here!

It is that time of year again to prepare for the upcoming little league and school baseball seasons. Students will slowly get their bodies back into baseball shape and will be prepared for peak performance as they begin their seasons. Give your child the edge over other players by attending KBA's Spring Training Clinics.

Learn simple drills to improve hitting, pitching and fielding techniques. Learn new ways to train with the latest trends in baseball and improve your game with proven results.

The cost for this package is $225 for 12 set training dates and over 24hrs of training including 2 video analysis of either pitching, hitting or fielding.  Training starts January 7th 1-3pm and continues through April. Call for more details.

Coaching Clinics/Practice Planning

Practice organization and efficiency is crucial in preparing for your season workouts. KBA will set up a consultation meeting to understand your needs and goals. We will set up a 5 day practice schedule designed specifically for your team or little league program needs. KBA will even attend a team practice to help implement your new practice plan.

The cost for this package is $300.

Video Analysis

Video Analysis involves two meetings. The first is to video tape the players hitting or pitching mechanics. Then we will meet again to walk you through the video showing the player's strengths and weaknesses. Your instructor will make a personalized workout plan based on your video to help you improve your skills.

Individual lessons

One on one personalized lessons is the best way to improve your  knowledge of the game as well as game time strategy, mechanics and mental preparation.  Learning proper mechanics takes time and dedication in improving balance and total control of your mind and body.  All lessons are designed to be age appropriate and player specific.

Cost ranges from $20 to $45. There are many different discount packages available. Call to set up your first lesson. 

Group lessons/Team Lessons

Group lessons consist of three of more players. Groups of 3-5 players will cost $10 for each player for a one hour session. Groups of 6-12 players will cost $10 per player for a two hour session.  Call for more details.

Scouting Evaluation

KBA's scouting evaluation will give you a true evaluation by a professional
scout. In this package we will help you develop a college baseball resume with guidelines and strategies to get players to the next level. 

The cost for this package is $300. Please call for an appointment.
